In this area Mozos & Moreno presents global advice in commercial matters, including corporate, contractual and corporate restructuring, litigation and insolvency planning. Within the Commercial Department, in the corporate field services are offered professional secretariat of companies (announcements of convocation of board or council, drafting of minutes and certifications of the agreements adopted, personal assistance to such meetings, among others); structural changes in companies (mergers, divisions, global asset and liability assignments, etc.), preventive advice on corporate liability managers, venture capital transactions, advice and execution of joint corporate transactions (e.g. statutory changes or dividend distribution) and, in general, any commercial advice requiring the ordinary or extraordinary activity of any company from the time of its incorporation until its termination.

Finally, our Commercial Department has extensive experience in insolvency planning, as well as in the direction of insolvency proceedings, being able to intervene on behalf of the insolvency, its administrators or any creditor during the insolvency proceedings, both in the drafting and approaching of the initial application for competition, and in opposition to the necessary contest raised by any legitimate creditor.

Within the bankruptcy planning service, we also offer the legal direction in all types of insolvency incidents, highlighting our intervention in incidents of opposition to the guilty qualification of the contest.
